Sealed Bid Land SaleThe Sellers intend to accept the highest, non-contingent offer at or above a reserve price.
Sealed bids must be submitted to Wisconsin Lakes Realty at the above address by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 20, 2008. Each bid must be accompanied by a personal or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid price payable to Wisconsin Lakes Realty Trust Account. Trust funds will be held by Wisconsin Lakes Realty until Buyer has been notified of Sellers’ acceptance and/or rejection of bid(s), which shall occur no later than August 3, 2008. Upon notification, the successful bidder will be required to sign and execute a no contingency purchase and sale agreement. The successful bidder's deposit will remain in Wisconsin Lakes Realty non-interest bearing trust account as earnest money until closing. For rejected bids, the bidder's deposit will be returned by certified mail within three days of Sellers’ notification of rejection.
